I was born in Lincoln, Nebraska, and graduated from the University of Nebraska Ag & Business School. During the Vietnam era, I served in the U.S. Navy Seabees. I moved to the Siouxland area in 1977 and was a federal loan officer/appraiser for 15 years. In 1992 I started my own loan origination and appraisal company. I obtained my real estate sales license in 1998 and have been associated with Golden Rule Real Estate since 2001. I am married and we have three great kids. My wife is a homemaker, school teacher, and gardener. We are involved in several areas of our church, Cornerstone World Outreach in Sioux City.
