I was born in Kansas but have been a Siouxlander since 1971. My husband, David, is a native Siouxlander, and together we have 5 grown children. They all enjoyed the good life growing up here and attending the Sioux City Schools. I began my real estate career in 1981 and continued listing and selling for Century 21 for 9 years. The following 11 years were spent listing and selling for Coldwell Banker. In the year 2000, I started my company, Golden Rule Real Estate. My husband is plant manager for a local company, Phillips Kiln Services Ltd., which does work on large rotary drying and cooling equipment in the US as well as internationally. In addition to our work, we enjoy boating, traveling, attending local musicals/plays/concerts, and keeping involved with the work of our church, Cornerstone World Outreach here in Sioux City.
